Before you brief us.

How formal can the branded overlay look?+
As formal, minimal, or bespoke as your brand requires. We work from your logo files and brand guidelines. Whether that's a clean wordmark on white space or a fully designed event-theme overlay with custom typography, we design it to match your standards, not a template.
Is the experience branded beyond the print?+
Yes. We built the booth software ourselves, so the touchscreen your guests use, the print layout, and the digital copy they receive all carry your branding. Rental booths run locked vendor software and can usually only change the print border. If a launch or campaign needs something specific, we build it in.
Can we approve the branded design before the event?+
Yes, always. We send a proof before the event for your review. Any revisions are handled before the day. You will never see the overlay for the first time at your own event.
Will it disrupt a formal dinner or presentations?+
No. We coordinate timing with your event team or venue coordinator. The robot is paused or stationary during keynotes, award presentations, or formal moments. It works best during networking time, dinner service, and the natural breaks in your evening, when guests are already relaxed and open.
How quickly do guests receive their digital photo?+
Seconds. The digital delivery happens simultaneously with the print. Guests provide a phone number or email at the moment of capture, and the photo arrives before the robot has moved to the next table. This is when most posts happen, while people are still in the room and the energy is live.
Is there a limit on the number of prints?+
No. Ultimate and Custom Build include unlimited prints for the duration of the event. Essential is digital only. There is no per-print cost, no hidden overage, and no awkward conversation when the print counter runs out. We come stocked to cover your room fully.
Does it work at trade show venues and convention centres?+
Yes. The robot is fully self-powered with no venue infrastructure requirements. Convention centres, hotel ballrooms, outdoor tent events, rooftop venues. If your guests can be there, the robot can too. No power runs, no WiFi handoffs, no special requests to operations.
What if we need coverage for a larger event of 300 or more guests?+
Talk to us directly. For large-scale or multi-hour events, we build a custom plan around your guest count, room layout, and objectives. We can extend runtime, adjust coverage strategy, and ensure the robot reaches every part of the venue. Reach out and we'll scope it out together.
When is the post-event gallery delivered and how long is it available?+
Your private online gallery is delivered within 48 hours of your event. It contains every photo from the evening in full resolution, organised chronologically. The gallery remains accessible for 30 days from delivery, with individual image and full archive download available. Extended hosting is available on request. Corporate bookings also receive a complete lead list with contact details collected at digital delivery.
Is the piloted photobooth rental accessible for all guests, including those with mobility limitations?+
Yes. Because the robot comes to each guest at their seat, it is naturally inclusive for employees in wheelchairs, guests with limited mobility, and anyone who would not queue at a corner booth. The entire experience happens at table level during dinner or networking: no standing, no walking, no separate area to find. Inclusive event photography is a direct benefit of the roaming format.
How is guest contact information handled after the event?+
Phone numbers and email addresses collected at digital delivery are used solely to send the guest their photo. We do not store, sell, or market to guest contact information beyond that purpose. Contact data is removed from our systems after the post-event gallery delivery window closes. Our data practices comply with CASL and PIPEDA.
Can guests choose not to provide their contact details?+
Yes. Digital delivery is completely opt-in. Guests who prefer not to share their phone number or email simply take their instant print and move on. No data is collected from anyone who declines. The instant print is theirs regardless.
What happens if there is a technical issue during the event?+
Our operator is on-site for the full duration and resolves any technical issue immediately. We carry backup consumables for all events. In the rare case of a hardware failure that cannot be resolved on-site, we provide a full or partial refund proportional to lost coverage time. We have never had to end an event early due to a technical fault.
