What is the best entertainment for a Christmas party?+
The entertainment that works hardest at a holiday party is whatever reaches every guest without asking them to line up for it. A DJ sets the mood but stays in the background. A magician or caricaturist is excellent, one table at a time. A static photo booth gets busy in the first hour and sits empty by the last. A piloted photobooth is the one format that circulates: it moves from table to table for the full booking, so the quiet table in the back gets the same coverage as the loud one by the bar, and every guest leaves holding a printed photo.
How is a piloted photobooth different from a regular photo booth at a holiday party?+
A regular booth is a fixed station. Guests have to notice it, walk to it, and wait. A piloted photobooth is operated by our attendant and moves through the room, so it reaches guests where they already are. That matters most during a seated dinner, which is exactly when a corner booth goes unused.
Can the prints carry our company logo and a holiday design?+
Yes. We design a custom overlay with your company logo, the event name and the date, in a holiday treatment that matches how you want the night to look. We send a proof for your approval before the event, and the logo lands on every print and every digital copy guests share.
When should we book a photobooth for a December holiday party?+
As early as you can. December is the densest month of the year for corporate events in the GTA and Friday and Saturday dates in the first three weeks go first. If your date is set, it is worth checking availability now even if the rest of the plan is not finalised.
Will it interrupt dinner, the speeches or the awards?+
No. We agree the timing with you in advance and pause completely for speeches, toasts and awards. The booth works best during dinner service, cocktails and the open dancing sections of the night, when guests are relaxed and the room is already warm.
Does it work in a banquet hall, restaurant or office?+
Yes. It is fully self-powered and needs no venue electricity or WiFi, so it works in banquet halls, hotel ballrooms, private dining rooms, offices and event spaces. It needs a reasonably flat floor and normal walking room between tables, which is the same thing your guests need.
Is there a limit on prints for the night?+
No. Ultimate and Custom Build include unlimited prints for the full booked duration. Essential is digital only. There is no counter running and no awkward moment where supplies run out. We arrive stocked for the whole night.
How do guests get their digital photos?+
Instantly. At the moment of capture a guest enters a phone number or email and the photo arrives within seconds, while the booth is still at their table. Most people have posted it before it reaches the next seat.
Is it accessible for guests with mobility limitations?+
Yes, and this is one of the clearest advantages of the format. Because the booth comes to each guest at their seat, it includes guests using wheelchairs, guests with limited mobility, and older guests who would never join a queue. The whole experience happens at table level: no standing, no walking, no line.
How is guest contact information handled after the event?+
Phone numbers and email addresses collected at digital delivery are used solely to send that guest their photo. We do not store, sell, or market to guest contact information beyond that purpose. Contact data is removed from our systems after the post-event gallery delivery window closes. Our data practices comply with CASL and PIPEDA.
Can guests decline to give their contact details?+
Yes. Digital delivery is entirely opt-in. A guest who prefers not to share a phone number or email simply takes the instant print and carries on. No data is collected from anyone who declines, and the print is theirs either way.
When do we get the full gallery?+
Your private online gallery is delivered within 48 hours of the event, with every photo in full resolution organised chronologically. It stays accessible for 30 days, with individual and full archive download throughout. Extended hosting is available on request.
