Do you provide the backdrop, or do we?+
We sort it out with you. From a classic red carpet and step-and-repeat to a branded or greenscreen wall, tell us the look you want when you request a quote and we'll confirm exactly what's included for your event.
Can Akari do a red-carpet setup?+
Yes. Akari parks at the backdrop and hosts a classic red-carpet moment: guests step up, see themselves framed on the live screen, and walk away with an instant print. It's the arrival-photo experience, run by the robot.
Can you do both roaming and stationed at the same event?+
Absolutely, and many clients do. A common setup is stationed at a red carpet for arrivals, then roaming through dinner so every table gets covered. You choose the mix when you build your package.
How does the greenscreen backdrop work?+
Akari shoots against a greenscreen wall and we drop in the background you want behind every photo: a branded scene, a themed world, or your event's key art. It's the most flexible backdrop option for brand activations.
Can you brand the backdrop for a corporate event?+
Yes. A branded wall or step-and-repeat puts your logo behind every shot, and the print overlay carries your logo and event details too. It's a favourite for product launches, sponsor moments, and trade-show stands.
How much space does a stationed setup need?+
A modest footprint for the backdrop plus a little room for guests to gather in front of it. We confirm the space with you and your venue ahead of time so everything fits the room without getting in the way.
